Our designer will schedule an appointment to meet with you at our design center.
The designer will listen to all of your wants and needs regarding your new bath or kitchen. The general scope of your project and an appropriate budget range will be discussed. Next the designer will come to your home to take measurements and pictures, and look at any structural, plumbing or electrical issues that will affect the selected design and estimate. Then, your wishes and desires will be incorporated into your new space.

You will then schedule a second meeting with our designer at the design center to be shown preliminary design ideas and be given a general estimate. Further details and designs will be created after a retainer has been received.

After the retainer is received, more ideas and designs will be explored in order to create detailed specifications and a contract. Click here to see a PDF of the actual retainer.
At this time you and the designer will get started on the selections for your project. The designer can guide you along this process and help you pull this new room together. This will allow the designer to take your final selections and create your project proposal and contract.
After the contract is signed and orders are placed, the designer will arrange a pre-construction meeting to introduce your lead carpenter and go over the schedule and the process of construction and installation.
